Title: Spaghetti Ring

1lbSpaghetti
1/2cButter
1 Green pepper, finely chopped
1 Pimento, chopped
1mdOnion, chopped
1 1/2cMilk
1cFresh bread crumbs
1/2lbCheese of your choice,choppd
5 Eggs, beaten

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Add green peppers, pimento, and onion; saute for 5 minutes. Add milk, bread crumbs, and cheese; cook, stirring constantly,until creamy. Add spaghetti and eggs; mix well. Preheat oven to 350F. Place spaghetti mixture in buttered ring mold; set mold in pan of water and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven; loosen edges with spatula and unmold onto serving platter. Fill center of ring with vegetables and serve. Creative Cooking Pasta
